Hi James, thank you for the enquiry! I've spoken to the technical team, the pipe extension that we offer comes with 1m of hose which is the longest we would recommend as to not reduce the decimal output from the speaker. Anything less than this shouldn't change the tone in any way. The speaker sound is directed to the front of the vehicle so may seem more directional than a traditional speaker fitted with a cowl. Hope this helps!

Hi James, I've checked with the vehicle installers and they used our Siren Pipe Extension and Speaker Kit for this build which provides volume equivalent to the traditional 100 watt output bit.ly/SBRSG-Siren-Pipe-Extension-and-Speaker-Kit

If you’re using a 200 watt amp did you use 2 x100 watt siren flute speakers?

This installation included 2 x 100W speakers and 1 x 100W Low Frequency (Rumble Speaker). When the Rumble Speaker is activated, it switches one regular speaker over to low frequency, making normal operation 200W and Rumble operation 100W regular and 100W low frequency.

It because of the n57 engine which are prone to setting on fire, most police forces are getting rid of the 330 and x5 models that use this engine, look up the fatal police crash in Cumbria and you will see how dangerous the n57 engine is in police vehicles

Thanks for your comment, this was customer preference as the installation was carried out by their in-house team, many of our products are synchronisable but this is not always required

Having spoken to the sales team, we believe they had the MCS-8, but as it's from 2019 we're unable to know for sure
